Welcome to Rick Foy's Hot Rod Garage. Rick has been in the automotive industry for over 40 years. Rick opened Classic Refinishers in 1979 and operated until 1996. He then decided to become a collision technology instructor, teaching in 3 different local vocational schools during his 20 year teaching career. After retiring from teaching he is back to building and restoring custom cars full time. Over the past 40 plus years, Rick has built and restored hundreds of cars. Many of them competing and winning at the national level. Rick is a fully licensed insurance damage appraiser and also performs stated value appraisals for collector cars.
